Powers:
Regenerative Healing - While Sugar's healing factor is not as strong as her father's, she does have a powerful healing factor. However must cuts and wounds heal within minutes. Extreme wounds such as bullet wounds take between an hour to three hours to fully heal. But like her father this also means that she hard to kill. Due to this healing factor Sugar is also immune to disease, chemicals, and telepaths. Also due to this Sugar is unable to get drunk off of normal alcohol, not that it stops her from trying.
Peak Human Strength - Can lift up to 300 pounds without effort, but cannot exceed 650.
Superhuman Stamina - Sugar does not tire easily. This means she can go five days without sleep or rest before it starts to take a toll on her body.
Superhuman Agility& Reflexes - Sugar has extended agility, balance, reflexes, and bodily coordination.
Superhuman Speed - Sugar can run up to 120 miles per hour and run at this speed for five days before she has to stop.

Abilities:
Martial Arts Training - Sugar was trained at hand-to-hand combat by both of her father and mother.
Weapons Training - Sugar was trained by both of her parents in marksmanship, bladed weapons (knives, swords, etc), and high powered firearms. She has a personal preference towards larger guns and swords.
Master Assassin - Is trained in assassination skills, espionage, ways of infiltration and master escape artist.

History:
Harley and Wade fell in love at first shot. The two weren't even fighting on the same side when they met, in fact, Harley shot Wade in the head the first time she met him. It wasn't until he woke up and complimented her shot that she started to take note of him. The two teamed up a few more times and went on a few more dates. They dated seven months before impulsively eloping.

Growing up in the Wilson household was anything but a sane experience. From a young age, Sugar was quite aware of her parents and their lack of, structure of being parents. Sure they were both very loving and supportive, but they were also both running off to do their own projects which usually involved a lot of guns and explosives. Having had the effects of her father's Weapon X experiments passed down to her, Sugar had to learn early on how to manage her skills for everyday life with the help of her parents teaching her how to expand on her powers as well as training her for the future.

School was, never very important to Sugar. Sure she wasn't the worst student, it was just that she found most of what they were teaching to be irrelevant to her life. Really, there was not point in dealing with history, been there done that and who really needed to examine every word of Romeo and Juliet because it really wasn't relevant to her life. Sugar was much more into what she did after school, which has hanging out with her friends and training with her parents. For her thirteenth birthday, her parents took her out for a night on the town and while they didn't let her actually do much more than defense, she was hooked. From then on there was never any question that Sugar wasn't going to follow in her parents footsteps.

Shortly after her sixteenth birthday, a few months before her senior year, Sugar took her first mercenary job. What was supposed to be a three week mission somehow spawned into ten months. It was one of the hardest things that Sugar had to do, but in the end the job was done and Sugar returned home. By that point she had already decided that school wasn't for her and dropped out and became a full time mercenary. Her parents weren't overly thrilled with the idea, but she still decided it was what she wanted to do and her parents knew that the was no arguing with her. Mostly because by the next morning she was already off on yet another job.

From sixteen until she was twenty, Sugar refused to settle down. She was usually found crashing at her parents places or friends houses between jobs, she wasn't really into the whole idea of settling down. It wasn't until she chanced upon a small bar in one of the shadier parts of Gotham (well, that is most of Gotham). Because she really couldn't drink thanks to her healing factor and the fact that she was technically underage, Sugar usually just stuck to hustling pool in the corner. However that night, the bar was mostly empty which lead her to spend a good amount of time talking to the old man, Billy Lark, who ran the bar. He was half blind and practically dust, but he was kind and funny and offered Sugar a bartending job. The job didn't pay much but she got a small, dingy apartment over the bar and the ability to make her own hours around her other job.

So Sugar cut back on her global mercenary work and started doing more local job. While there wasn't as high of a demand for mercenary work around Gotham as she would have liked, this lead her to being able to do other things with her free time. Of course that mostly meant dressing up in a cute little corset, some tight booty shorts, fishnets, and knee high boots and running around the city mostly helping out the citizens, though there was that gray area that led her to cause a bit of mischief/trouble for those she thought deserved it or to benefit herself. The last one being the most important if you ask her.

For the most part, Sugar has been pretty happy with her current arrangement. She has her nice little apartment, her bartending job, her side jobs, and Rufus. Rufus being a giant old dog that followed her home a little over a year before and Sugar just kind of got used to having around the house.
